Our new Sanity Squad podcast is up. This one’s about the Pope’s speech about reason and faith, and the unreasonable reaction of a great deal of the Moslem world towards his remarks.

As a ‘leftist’ I liked Christopher Hitchens as I still do as a ‘liberal hawk who would probably not vote for your typical liberal’.
He’s open one eye from his deep sleep, I wish he’d open the other :

Over at my blog I give your podcast some richly deserved praise. If I can convince even one person to hear it, it’s worth the time. Great job as always.

Just caught the Sanity squad podcast. Really liked it.
In the podcast, someone comments that the Pope’s statement was really politically incorrect, for our time. (And its is a tough thing to read) As a counter point, I’d like to point out that immediately before he makes that statement he says, the basically the same thing.
