It could spruce it up. But I keep the mute button pressed on the computer to silence the audio files some blogs feel compelled to play for me so I’d not notice the talking. I’m not sure how common that is though.

May I say that the new photo makes you look a hell-of-a-lot younger than fifty – you look like someone in thier mid-thirties.
Your right, who needs avatar when you’ve have a really decent portrait?
