Translation of the Karsenty decision

Richard Landes has put up a preliminary translation of the appeals court decision in the France2/Karsenty case.

Enderlin certainly can’t be happy about this one. Good.

    I am certain to have skimmed through a past judicial decision which was as satisfying, yet I cannot remember when. Enderlin and the Intifada murderers are such satisfying villains. Karsenty’s cause of truth is so just. The good guys win one. Cyber celebration. Pop the corks. Release the streamers and confetti.
