I do not belong to either type, or, better to say, belong to both, but in different periods of my life. And every switch in sleeping habits usually heralds a transition from depression phase of bipolar disorder to hypomaniacal, or visa versa. I can not do it at will.

This article claims fasting will reset jet lag. Maybe it would reset your sleep schedule.
