250 miles is the best he can do? We have boomers that can vaporize N. Korea from the middle of Puget Sound. They wouldn’t even have to put out to sea. I wouldn’t want as much firepower pointing at me as is aimed at Kim Jong Il right now. That’s part of what makes this whole game senseless.
But it’s so easy to talk over his head………oh relax, Kimmy, it’s a joke!

The key to solving North Korea is China. China has two basic motivators: its sovereignty and the survival of the regime. Find a way to hedge that i.e. nuclear Japan, Taiwanese independence and we’ll get China to move on North Korea.

Everyday the problems become more dangerous, for real people, from Iran to North Korea to Venezuela. Case in point two American female journalists now suffering in a North Korean prison, and the mass hangings occurring in Iran… The most dangerous aspect of it is the increasingly blase’ attitude exhibited by the world community. From one missile launch to now seven, one wonders if perhaps soon South Korea will have it’s own Sderot, and everyone will still be shrugging insipidly. Anyone noticed how, in the last six months, the stakes have been raised under the criminally incompetent leadership of Obama? The perpetual (phony) strategy touting “negotiation”, where talk is truly cheap, with the deliberate focus of international affairs on Israel, touting one-sided compromise as a panacea for the rest of the world’s much bigger and more complex problems. But everybody knows, though scared to publicly admit, that the left-wing/jihadi-political muslim alliance is the real issue and ultimate source of these insidious provocations. The stakes are becoming riskier and more tragic for the unprotected innocents, who will continue to pay dearly for this indirect complicity of the MSM, international left-wing, and criminally incompetent Democrats and their supporters.
