How do they find jurors “neutral” on 9/11? What kind of jurors would they get who are neutral or unaware of 9/11? Other than KSM & co., who would want such jurors? Where would such jurors be sequestered? The answer to that one is easy: Guantanamo!

Again, and similarly… concerning the jury selection process, Voir dire, with some aspect of Al Taquia coming into play by KSM’s co-religionists or left-wing sympathizers; it only takes one to change the outcome…

I’m starting to take the Obama administration personally. Other Presidents did things I disagreed with, but my personal, actual life, was probably not all that affected in the long run. Obama is going to now make it impossible for me to get a mammogram, so hopefully I will be healthy,(eat those leafy greens everyone!) and now my hometown is a media magnet for every jihad nut in the world. Oh what fun it will be going to work on the subway. It’s weird. Everyday some new thing he has done immediately affects me. It’s getting really hard to ignore him. 2010 please come soon!!!! (Of course every other New Yorker I know voted for him. I doubt they expected this.)

O’s opinions and record were there in black and white, for all to see, but nobody could believe their eyes.
Reminds me of a story about grand theft in the garment district: the thieves got away with it for several months by boldly stealing whole racks in plain site. It seems to me that Obama, Holder, and the Left in general are more concerned with Form (civilian vs. military) than they are with the actual Substance (outcome predetermined vs. outcome based on evidence).
