He really gets going in the last few minutes. Worth watching, although I don’t know about that “dignity of the House” thing. The House hasn’t had much dignity for quite some time—perhaps never.

That MSNBC clip about the phrase “baby killer” is hard to watch.
Yes, the Republican shouldn’t have said the phrase – but MSNBC has ZERO minutes of anything worthwhile to say on the subject.

“He seemed to have a southern accent.”
That is disgusting! What if he had said, “He seemed to have a black dialect accent.?
These people hare beyond contempt.

neo,
Just for the record, it wasn’t Boehner who mentioned the ‘dignity of the house’, it was the acting Speaker.
And I too reacted with a rhetorical, what dignity?

Conservatives want leaders that will fight but be restrained by decency. What frustrates us sometimes is how our own decency handicaps us in battle, and we take it out on people like Boehner by pointing out he’s not being persuasive. He deserves a lot of respect for what hes been through and done to hold together republicans in the past year.

Have never watched Luke Russert before. Does he always chuckle when he is doing a news story?
