Hostile spell-challenged spambot:
i hate brad pit
Well, I’m not a big fan either. I never even liked his looks; too pretty-pretty.
And it’s a good thing, too, because I hear Angelina isn’t about to give him up any time soon.

I can do better: “I hate arm pit.”

Well I’m not a particular fan either, but he was awfully good in A River Runs Through It.

Decent actor, but I don’t get all the swooning either.

Oh, I bet you can take Angelina. Two out of three falls? y’all get the bikini’s and I’ll bring the kiddie pool and the jello.
That should make Neo happy, right?

Well, if you don’t like guys that are too pretty you’re bound to love me.

I don’t think he has a good voice for an actor, either. He, Leonardo DiCaprio, Don Johnson–all the swoonables with kind of wimpy voices. Where are the nice, sonorous baritones?

Toy,
Have you seen A River Runs Through It?
August 27th, 2010 at 11:32 pm
Sorry to harangue so on A River Runs Through It. It remains, though, one of the fine movies that I have seen, and of course Brad Pitt is part of its heart. Maybe it’s just a particular parochial thing of mine.
It can bring a tear to the eye.

oh oh. .
military making us cogent of what progressives have completely left out of their literature, plans, missives, etc.
for example… read cloward and piven and note where they figure out how to maintain military defense and safety while collapsing things…

Depends on what he’s playing.
I liked him in Legends of the Fall and thought he playhed pretty good dorks in The Mexican and also in Burn After Reading.
Of course, being directed by Gore Verbinski and The Coen brothers, respectively in the last two, probably didn’t hurt.

I don’t like him, but I like his characters.
I liked him in Fight Club (but that movie was utterly overcome by the events of 9/11: Here’s your war….)
I liked him very well in Snatch. He’s not afraid to look “unpretty” in a movie.
He’s a good actor: unlike George Clooney, you can forget you’re watching the actor and just enjoy the character he’s playing….
