Barney Frank is vulnerable, so how about a Sean Bielat money-bomb?

Who’s Sean Bielat? Why, Barney Frank’s opponent, that’s who.

I’m a little late to the game, but apparently there’s a chance (see this and this) that Frank could be defeated.

Just let that sink in: Barney Frank’s tenure in the House could be over come January 2011.

Help make it happen by donating. And here’s Bielat’s website.

Please spread the word.

Unfortunately, I don’t have the heart to get my hopes up on this one. I will only believe it is close when I actually see it….

On the other hand, if this pans out and he is ejected from office then THAT will be a good day indeed!

  2. John Says:

Good Lord, if Barney, Harry Reid and Barbara Boxer were all kicked out in the same election cycle I would be dancing in the streets.
The thought of that happening,,,,, to borrow a phrase from Chris Mathews,,,, sends a tingle up my leg.

  3. Sissy Willis Says:

Hi, neo! Thank you much for the link and the shout-out for the man who will unseat the unseatable Barney Frank.

Sean Bielat’s a sweetheart, strong background of military and business achievement, conservative supporter of the Shining City, nice guy in “person” (I’ve interviewed him by phone).

See also this just in today:

“John Bolton Partners with Nationwide Tea Party Coalition to Launch ‘Election Day Tea Party.’” They’re promoting 50 important House elections, including Sean’s! http://bit.ly/bAdgP3

Here’s “Election Day Tea Party” site where you and your readers can find out how to help ($$$, phone banking, door to door, promulgating news release content): http://bit.ly/9eRJ0o

Contact Lisa J. Barstow if you’d like to interview Sean. I’ll email you her address/phone #.

    May the best man win!

  4. Michael F Says:

Good on you to launch this, Neo. Sean seems to have his stuff together, and B. Frank had to literally steal the election by vote fraud to get past a very weak opponent; so actually Sean has a good chance. Also, these movements can grow wings and fly, so why not go for the gold ring?

  5. John LaRosa Says:

I have inside information that Sean Bielat is ALREADY viable just a week into the general election campaign! Stay tuned for a major announcement in advance of Bill Clinton’s visit to MA-04 on Sunday 9/26. Barney is running scared. He can’t defend a horrible record of political incompetence and shameful arrogance. He’s bringing Clinton in early because he knows he’s in for the fight of his life. The country needs to get behind this guy!!!

  6. Kyle Says:

I just donated. I just realized that Sean is the brother of an old friend I went to high school with named Brendon. Small world. They are a great family. I hope he wins.

  7. FenelonSpoke Says:

I don’t have a lot of money, but I so dislike Barney Frank and so want to see him go away from Congress so that I will send some money his way. Thanks for the suggestion, neo.

  8. SteveH Says:

Imagine if politicians were just regular people. It’s easy if you try.

  9. Tom Says:

Give, everybody, GIVE! It’s all we can do.
    I did. Will you?
Or are you one of the good wo/men who will do nothing?

  10. Baklava Says:

    Neo,

OMG on this video of Obama

  11. Tom Says:

What about the MA Governor’s race? That seems a no-brainer. Let’s hear it for Charlie Baker! What about it, Neo?

  12. rickl Says:

Done! Getting rid of Barney’s Frank would be terrific, and Bielat sounds pretty good. I’m happy to help.

  13. Occam's Beard Says:

Barney Frank might lose? Truly these are the End Times.

Good Lord, if Barney, Harry Reid and Barbara Boxer were all kicked out in the same election cycle I would be dancing in the streets.

I hope they all win. Otherwise I might die of ecstasy, and I’ve got kids to support.

  14. Curtis Says:

On such a full sea are we now afloat.

  15. betsybounds Says:

Well I just contributed a bit. I wish I could do more, but geez, we do what we can. Woo-Hoo! Unseat Barney Fag–er, Frank (pace Dick Armey)? Who would not want to join up?

Sorry about that last bit. I do swear and affirm that I am not homophobic. Some of my best friends are gay.

    That’s no joke, incidentally.

Curtis, I like that. Here’s hoping that, on such a full sea, we do not sink.

  16. LibertyAtStake Says:

You should take your case to Ten Buck Friday’s. Taking out the Banking Queen will play well there.

  17. A Reader from K.C. Says:

Be still my heart. The Banking Queen voted out of office?!

Man, I couldn’t reach for my debit card fast enough. Thanks for posting this, Neo.

  18. Assistant Village Idiot Says:

    Hope and change.

  19. Hangtown Bob Says:

YES!!!! Good going, Neo! This is our power. Nationalize these local elections. Today, I am contributing to Angle, O’Donnell, and Bielat.

    MONEY BOMBS FOR ALL!

  20. Andy Says:

Greetings from MA-04, where I have a pitchfork in my hand and a Sean Bielat sign in my yard. Already voted for him once, and I’m looking forward to voting for him again.

Thanks for promoting the campaign to Retire Barney!

  21. Mark Lamoureux Says:

I’m retired and on a fixed income and ZI just gave $100 to Sean to help him retire Barny Frank which is way overdue

  22. a saacomanno Says:

I am in the financail services industry- e hate BARNEY FRANK with a passion. He is a lying scum ball along with chris dodd. I am from NJ and I still gave this guy money. I am passing out his name and web site to every financail person I know.
