I don’t have a blog, so I don’t get spambots.
But for a while, I was getting spam e-mails at work (but not at home) that were in Russian. I mean entirely in Cyrillic, including the subject line.

I routinely get spam from an Israeli source that is in Hebrew. Not a clue how I got on their list, but I can’t read Hebrew. Now, if they were offering hott Israeli mail order wives…

Look up Google Translate and give it a try.
Of course, YMMV. I gave it a workout in my post So, how good is computer translation?
You cn usualy get the gist of it, but sometimes the phrasing and syntax are “interesting”.
