I just had one of these. They’re great! Incredibly crisp and with a subtly complex taste, with overtones of pear.

I discovered those recently in my store. They rapidly became a favorite, along with Pink Lady apples.

I will certainly give the Jazz a try but I am such a devotee of the Honeycrisp, I will be surprised if the Jazz wins out between the two. I often can’t help myself and if some one is reaching for an apple other than the Honeycrisp, I find myself inquiring ever so politely ( at least I hope that is my tone) if they have ever tried the Honeycrisp. I recognize that they are a little pricey but since they aren’t available all through the year, I treat myself for as long as they last. The Pink Lady is my
fallback.

michaele: until I tried the Jazz the Honeycrisp was my favorite.
It’s been replaced by the Jazz in my book.
