Whatever you may think of Bristol Palin… — 17 Comments

  1. Who could truly hate a girl who got a little mixed up? Her son is proof that there simply are no mistakes. Then again, I think any animosity toward her is just a glancing blow at her mother. She would typically be a leftist heroin. I hope she chooses more wisely than that though.

  2. Since I live in Orange County, I see lots of Hispanic children who are almost all cute and adorable. Unfortunately, half of them are heavy by their teens, especially the girls. Love Mexican food? Pay the price.

Bristol? I’m nonplussed as to why Neo used a fairly pejorative headline. Probably a reference to the fact that the Left views her with disdain. I admire her. Not necessarily everything she does, but she’s got true grit. Rooster Cogburn was known “to pull a cork,” but his vices did not define him.

  3. Our president has told us that the addition of such a child to his family would be a punishment. How telling is that?

  4. Two cuties!! God Bless them and their G-Maw & G-Paw and the magical country–Alaska–in which they live.

  5. From what I have seen, photos only, all of the Palin’s are good looking. The females are very attractive, men seem rugged.

I have always thought the sexyist part of a lady is what is between the ears!

  6. We are somewhere around 70% genetic and 30% environmental creatures. The apple rarely falls far from the tree. The Palin clan has righteous genes as they tend to be easy on the eye, smart, and full of perseverance.

  7. He is GORGEOUS!!!! utmore than that he seems to exude happiness and those beutiful eyes of his (which surely will be killer assets when he grows old enough to be interested in the opposite sex) literally sparkle!

@ Curtis — almost ALL kids are adorable (but, indeed, obnoxious ones do pop up here and there).

@ Crazy Bald Guy, I have a feeling that as opportunities for milking money based on his ex-relationship with Bristol diminish, his interest in being a real father to Tripp will diminish as well — though I would surely love to be proven wrong on that one. If Tripp continues to be such a stunner as he grows, and should he merit media attention for accomplishments (hopefully positive ones) instead of who he is (i.e. son of Bristol; grandson of Sarah…and Todd, of course) you can bet Daddy will reappear to exploit any potential personal gain.
Here’s to hoping that Levi’s contribution to that 70% of Tripp’s makeup does not include the many character flaws of his biological father.

  8. oops! didn’t proofread before posting — obviously.
“utmore” in 1st sentence should be “but more..”

  9. Essay of Student:

I wish I could marry a black woman. Or Chinese. That would be awesome. Or Hispanic. Boy, are they great.

But a white woman? No way. They (it’s been proved) are mean and stupid. It was proved that Ann Romney, the wife of a presidential candidate, actually helped her husband mistreat animals. We must do everything we can to eliminate white skin (and Jews) from our glorious (adjective added by reviewing person) Nation.

  10. The beautiful Irish-American girl, Bridget, who lives in the apartment below me has alabaster skin, blue-green eyes, and a mane of gorgeous chestnut hair. She is beautiful in a delicate way.

Last year she came home from her NY public school and declared that she hated her hair, and wished she could have dreadlocks like the other girls. (gag)

Dreadlocks have to be the worst-looking hair on the planet: they always look like they must be crawling with vermin. Also, the only way the white kids can get that look is by letting their hair get matted and filthy for months and never let a comb come near it: like they’ve been sleeping rough, as the English would say. Used to be only homeless people had “dreads.”

Remember the time, oh, about 15 years ago, when black people would have been appalled to look like that? Worst Fashion Trend Ever.

But the sad thing is the self-loathing created by being a despised minority. It reminded me of that episode of the Twilight Zone where the pretty girl is devastated when her plastic surgery fails to turn her into a Pig Person like the rest of the people in her world.

  11. Honestly, I’d wish I could vote for Bristol Palin in November rather than Obamney.
