I agree… — 9 Comments

  1. I too agree that Rubin is entirely right.

“anti-Americanism, apologies for America’s enemies, the fixation that the United States has been an evil bully that must be curbed, and contempt for its courageous soldiers and foreign friends are the obsessions of the “in” crowd, the decision-making [leftist/liberal] elite.”

That is a purely communistic view of America. It is the overwhelming consensus view of not just the power brokers on the left but of the great majority of the American academia, the mass media and those in the entertainment media.

They are American in name only.

The majority of whom are idealistically naive, gullible fools that those on the left who seek power as an end in itself will someday betray and eliminate.

Socialism must, by its very nature, evolve into Communism and that in turn, by its very nature always evolves into the tyranny of the totalitarian state.

“There is a way which seemeth right unto a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death”. Proverbs 14:12(KJV)

  2. And on the domestic front, there is the belief that the American people have had it too good for too long, and need to be taken down a peg. We consume more than our “fair share” of the world’s resources; therefore we need to be forced to accept a lower standard of living.

  3. Why are you all whining instead of celebrating this happy, happy marriage of Marxist Left and Buchananite faux-Right? This is a joyous moment for the bride and the groom, especially with the Best Man Ron “Live by the sword, die by the sword” Blame-America-First Paul officiating at the wedding.

  4. The Hagel pick by The Boy King is absolute proof of his contempt for Americans and their security.

  5. When I read this the other day, I thought Ron Paul must be kicking himself that he bowed out before he could throw his hat in the ring. He would be a far better and straightforward apologist for US imperialsim. Or maybe Obama is holding the UN ambassador slot open for him. Kerry, Hagel, and Paul would be a formidable trio in advancing US incompetence in foreign policy. Under their leadership, there’d be virtually no end to what the USA can’t do.

  6. southpaw: that last sentence would make a great slogan for the entire foreign policy wing of Obama’s administration.

  7. Perhaps an obamite supporter or two may ask himself how is it a genius like Obama surrounds himself with fools?
yes I know most will rationalize Hagel’s stupidity but sooner or later the rationalizations may reach a tipping point.
