Bill Keller gets his comeuppance — 5 Comments

  1. Neo I’ve come to the not so brilliant conclusion that there’s no point in this man’s presidency when it will be safe to criticize him.
Times are different now; the MSM was not simply invested in getting him re-elected; they are determined to make sure the historical record of this presidency shows a heroic fight against the forces of darkness in Congress and elevate his status to a living legend. The emotional attachment they have to Obama is unprecedented in American politics.
Until recently, I had always believed that after he was gone, the legacy would gradually be written to show he was nothing like a leader; a guy who took responsibility for nothing and did nothing but travel around the country giving shallow speeches and dividing the country like never before.
Now I’m not so sure. I think it will not be long before children’s history books are written to tell a story of a great leader and a statesman like no other.
But there is something a lot more disturbing that has to give all of us an uneasy feeling in our stomachs – there is no narrative he invents that this media will question. That kind of power has never been put in the hands of any president; and there is no more dangerous a personality they could have given it to. A supreme narcissist with no spiritual underpinnings; a man who neither accepts or believes there are limits to his abilities, a person who lies as naturally as most people breathe, a man who could care less about the welfare of millions as long as he has his way. And a populace largely ignorant, unwilling to engage, and mostly content. And he’s vindictive.
He can do anything he wants, and nobody would stop him.

  2. Obviously Keller didn’t learn anythiing from what happened to Juan Williams. He’s lucky the penalty for apostacy is no longer burning at the stake. You just get fired.

  3. Those that purge their enemies from power first, wins. Maybe not for another 100 years, but they win nonetheless. Because they believe enough to do it, whereas other people seem to believe only to the extent that it keeps them on the fence, safe, in their eyes.

If Hollywood was Republican, and the insurgents Democrats, I do believe they would take this popular cause for all the propaganda value it had, and more. By demonizing Hollywood, putting up the hypocrisy 24/7, so that the American public couldn’t turn off the news even if they wanted to, for their neighbors would repeat the claims as if it was true.

The emotions are already there, ready to be stoked and used for the fuel to destroy one’s enemies. But… in reality, on this planet, Hollywood is not controlled by the Republican party, only by the LEftist alliance for human dominion through utopian perfection.

The Left’s power is unknown and unexpected to many, because the alliance members often have safe harbors when conducting their own robber baron economic policies and political dominion conquests. Meanwhile, the media serves as a useful decoy and propaganda shield in order to get the minds of politicians off what might be considered a popular, and damaging, cause for the LEft.

So even if the teacher’s unions get hit hard, PETA is not hit hard by the same attack. Even if Obama gets hit hard, Senators that get money from prostitution and human trafficking, aren’t hit hard. Because the attacks don’t cover those people. Ayers may be hit hard as a former terrorist, but that doesn’t touch the politicians Ayers supports and backs. So while the Left may take damage, their ability to regenerate by using their vast resources as a safe harbor for any alliance members, is often underestimated in its versatility.

One cannot destroy the Left, nor defeat it, by taking a single issue and attacking them with it. They merely absorb the damage and reroute their ops somewhere else.

The Left can only be destroyed by a full frontal assault that kills every single source of their economic and political power.

Keller is less than a drop of water in a tsunami.

  5. Let’s hope that the historians will tell the story straight and let people know how bad this president was. Hopefully, they will have the integrity to ignore the hype the MSM gave him and show the effects of the policies.
