    Reminds me of a gal on Oahu. (Hawaii)

    Her small pick-up was stolen.

    So, two weeks later… it drives past her on the H-1 Freeway.

    Even with the truck still in view, it took HPD 45 minutes to respond.

    (It’s the paperwork.)

    Case solved.
