Venezuela’s election: a foregone conclusion — 3 Comments

  1. Thanks for the link.

Capriles is asking for a recount, even when the president of the National Assembly threatened him with “drastic action”. i.e., death.

  2. Some people think the US is approaching this status. You can be prosecuted for fishing without a license, but not for entering the county illegally. Background checks to buy ammunition, but no ID to vote. It may be just me, but something seems out of wack.

  3. Roman: Consider this, putting an infant to sleep on its stomach is considered child abuse but discharging one from a newborn intensive care unit to a car is just fine. The world turned upside down?
