Another outrage? — 16 Comments

  1. Well I’ll be. I never would have guessed that Biden and Obama had unwisely spilled the beans, and that it was an inside job that took them down.
I’m actually surprised it took this long for somebody to actually SAY what everybody was thinking almost the moment it occurred.
Which means we can now forget about it, because J. Boner and J. McCain have immigration reform to worry about, and these Seal guys don’t get to vote anymore anyway.

  2. The 1960’s jalopy (Chinook) is the fastest troop carrying helicopter America has.

It has the highest altitude rating, too.

That’s why it’s still in production/ life extension.(!)

Yeah, it had to be a set-up.

Even the purported target for the raid was a spoof.

  3. }}} The U.S. military claimed that the Chinook was blown to pieces by a shoulder-fired missile, in which everyone on board was burned beyond recognition.

Hmmm. I smell a possible — one can at least hope — action by the military to cover ST6’s asses in spite of the morons in the current admin…

Perhaps there was no one (or only a few victims) and they added more victims to the mix to give them new cover….

  4. The single greatest loss of American lives in recent history and it didn’t even warrant contrivance of an offensive video. Once Obama, and affiliated interests, are out of office, this must be investigated and explained. Anyone, Democrat, Republican, or other, must be held accountable for either gross negligence or incompetence, or an act of treason.

  5. An outrage is an outrage only if it generates majority outrage.

An outrage is an outrage only if it has sufficient moral grounds.

These two requirements for “outrage” do not exist.

    Welcome to the animal kingdom.

  6. In a time of war it is expected that the inner workings of military and intelligence operations are not divulged to the public. Under Team Obama we have a continuous campaign of selected leaks and disinformation to bolster the image of the messiah. I automatically assume every word they speak is a lie.

  7. Lol. People are finally asking questions about this huh?

    Interesting.

Let’s see how far the civilian mind can be “expanded” here.

  8. Huh. I remember Ann Barnhardt screaming bloody murder (literally) about this when it happened. Pretty much everybody called her a kook.

  9. I saw an interesting comment yesterday at Ace of Spades. He suggested that this was something like a “blood money” payment for the killing of Osama bin Laden.

I don’t know whether it is a precept of Islam or a folk tradition in some Middle Eastern countries, but apparently, in certain circumstances, if you kill a person, you can make amends by paying off surviving family members.

  10. We live in interesting times.

When the Left couldn’t get Bush to plan false flag 9/11s, the Left did it for him. Just to spice things up for the 21st century. Plenty of decades to go before humans can look back and say “you know what, that era was a bunch of primitive slave merchants running around”.

If this was merely a dull Republican administration, it’d just be made up fantasies. If only it was that easy.

  11. Everything is on the table–if it advances the political narrative.

Ironic that the Rules of Engagement (ROE) for our troops is so restrictive that they become a threat to our own people at the same time that we are killing “suspected” terrorists from drones all over the Middle East. Someone should be asking some serious questions of the people who create these policies.

Apropros of nothing really; I approached an Air Force Colonel in flight suit at the March ARB commissary recently because I wanted to ask a question about the Air Force tanker program (tankers are based at March). Turned out that he actually commanded a drone outfit as part of the California Air National Guard. One of our heroic arm chair warriors. Probably draws combat pay; and gets personal counseling for the trauma of snuffing little figures on his screen.

I guess only a real old timer would raise his eyebrows at a guy running around the commissary in a flight suit; but almost anyone should recognize the irony of a drone pilot running around anywhere in a flight suit.

Oh, and anyone who does not consider Biden a very dangerous buffoon needs to review his/her thought processes. What have we done? Lord, what have we done to this country?

  12. “in certain circumstances, if you kill a person, you can make amends by paying off surviving family members.”

It’s considered payment for a hostage or blood debt. The Vikings, Norse, and Scottish/Irish had it as well. It was based upon the code of equivalent exchange, where money allowed entire tribes to survive. Thus the loss of one member can be balanced with the infusion of survival cash to the rest of the tribe.

It was a way to save face and prevent extinction of clans due to “blood vendettas” or other wars.

Islam, however, didn’t use it the normal way.

Given Obama’s regime connections to the various Hasans of our military, I’m not too sure the leak was on the Afghanistan “side”, if you know what I mean.

  13. Snowden’s taking a voluntary or involuntary vacation in Russia. Meanwhile, the treason that prospers, nobody can do anything about here in the States.

    Oh joy.

One American down. Two Americans down. The list just keeps going. When the Left said “your own government is getting Americans killed in Iraq for oil”…. what did everyone think? Did they believe? Did they think it was not something Any America would do?

    Obama would do.

You know he would. The Left would do it.

You know they will. Yet…. people are still hesitant. They still hesitate. They still believe.

They believe. That very belief, evil will use to destroy us all.

almost anyone should recognize the irony of a drone pilot running around anywhere in a flight suit.

LOL. Now I’m picturing the flight controllers at the Jet Propulsion Laboratory operating the Mars rover while wearing spacesuits.

  15. Oldflyer, I wish you hadn’t let that tidbit about the drone pilot in a flight suit out of the bag. Things have really changed and not in a good way. I probably wouldn’t last long in today’s military. It is to weep.
