William A. Jacobson of Legal Insurrection…

was named “Blogger of the Year” at the annual Blog Bash held near the CPAC conference.

Many congratulation to Professor Jacobson! And as one of the members of the Legal Insurrection team (I cross-post there, usually several times a week), I’m especially pleased to read the news.

Wish I could be there, even though CPAC is mostly speeches (and you know how I feel about speeches).

not really important, is it? not really a concern of anyone is it? distracting, and always avoiding the center of the substance…

last century, a man who was upset with what happened to his country… took over that country, then proceeded to try to undo and reunite the peoples of that country under one. however, it worked ok till he tried to do poland, which the UK had a treaty… with that done… and WWII… started..

today, a man who is upset that the soviet union was split up into 15 parts and who had to abandon people to each country… and in each country they put the miltary made to oppose them, right up close to the borders.

now they have invaded two countries, like austria (georgia)… to which no one stopped him… and now crimea (sudentland) and no one will stop that…

now, the country that borders 5 nato countries, and is going to fall, as it cant oppose the other alone.

we also have left out tech in the country which is now being taken and looked at…

from ukraine, most of the energy of europe is under putin control… we cant send LNG for a couple of years… obama has helped the plan by preparing the way by blocking it all (except cheniere)…

among a lot of other things i cant get traction on to go over so that there is a decent assesment.

but, so far, we have repeated history (a whole lot)
and the best is to ignore it…

what would have happened to those nice families in the begining of schindlers list if they decided to ignore it and so forth?

REPORT: Russian soldiers attack Ukrainian military base…
According to early reports, members of a pro-Russia militia used a truck to break though the gate of the base. The truck got stuck at the gate, and Russia soldiers climbed over it. Some 70 Ukrainian troops were said to still be holding out in the bunkers. The militia troops who broke through the perimeter demanded the Ukrainian soldiers surrender.

I’ve sent more people to that site when they ask “What’s the big deal with the IRS?” He definitely deserves the honour.

I keep finding more reasons to like you. Speechifying is dead to my mind as well. Show and tell, prove through device at least based upon the real, or prepare to be ignored. Even then? Keep it short. My guess is, most people who know don’t know why, most who have seen don’t know what it means, those who know why don’t understand how it happens. Stick to what you know, K.I.S.S., and keep it short. xoxoxo :p

But they aren’t told that. They are given, speechgivers, a chunk of time they have to fill. And they do. Just, without me in attendance. Let the slow-witted fill their time with a no-nothing breathing loud.

I suppose you have a point. Regarding perceptions and speechifying. But… that isn’t the best of notions by which to judge our fellow man, is it? Bleh.

Neocon is the blogger of the year.

And Creighton’s Doug McDermott is the player of the year.

That’s why the Left sends so many agent provocateurs to cause trouble there, same with Breitbart and various media website comments.

They like to hit the place which gathers the most people, like Islamic Jihad.

Z, B, T, all of them stone heads put together.

    GREAT, Dr. J.!!!!!

Our Neo got me started over at LI and I’ll always be grateful. Puts a smile on my face every time I see our landlady post a new one there.

About Me

Previously a lifelong Democrat, born in New York and living in New England, surrounded by liberals on all sides, I've found myself slowly but surely leaving the fold and becoming that dread thing: a neocon.
