Obama is not interested… — 30 Comments

  1. Again we look at Obama’s actions and wonder, is it ideology plus incompetence or is it a well-crafted plan to bring us low? No matter his specific motivation, either manages to bring us low. This evil/incompetent (take your pick) excuse of a President has done more damage to the U.S. than any President I can think of. Wilson, Buchanan, Roosevelt, LBJ, & Nixon all did damage, but Obama is the champ.

  2. Watching those savages parade down the main street of Ramadi with black flags flying and driving OUR vehicles was one of the worst pictures of all time.

About like helicopters from the roof of the American Embassy in Saigon.

Why we didn’t attack with jets and gunships is beyond me. We could have recreated the Highway of Death.

And Barack loves his drones. Where were they?!?

    This is unforgivable.

  3. I’m with leelu, this is intentional. And it’s his actions that make it so.
    1) He’s done little to nothing to stop ISIS, despite an ongoing humanitarian nightmare, every bit as evil as the NAZIs.
    2) He’s facilitating Iran’s pursuit of nuclear weapons capability, he’s literally handing it to them.
    3) Obama knows* that the result of Iran’s ‘going nuclear’ will be nuclear proliferation into the region’s unstable, third world regimes and jihadist States.

But railing against Obama’s treasonous actions won’t change a thing because it’s already a done deal.

By, at the latest, 2020 we will face the establishment and entrenchment of at least two nuclear armed, America-hating, terrorist States. Iran and ‘the Islamic State in the Levant’, formerly known as ISIS. Now abbreviated to ISIL. How prescient of Obama to foresee the future…

*“the region will be far less stable and far more threatened if Iran were to have a nuclear weapon. It will spur a nuclear arms race. It has risks for greater terrorism. It will be destabilizing.”

Kerry said the threat extends beyond the possibility that Iran could actually use the weapon on its enemies, specifically Israel.

Iran simply having a nuclear weapon would “spur a nuclear arms race” in the region and could be used to support terrorists groups like Hezbollah, he said.” Interview with SecState John Kerry – March 5, 2013

You can bet your bottom dollar that if Kerry realizes all of this, Obama damn well does too. And the only plausible explanation is that its intentional. And that kind of intention, demands as motivation, deep hate.

  4. The problem is that Obama has bigger fish to fry.

(We’re talking Bibi and that bothersome state he has to figure out how to lead.)

These goshdarn JV ISIS dudes are merely a distraction that Obama has tried mightily to ignore but hasn’t been fully able to do so.

But not for long. The Master Plan for mideast peace (heh) is about to be unveiled and rolled out.

Yes, Bibi and his country are firmly in Obama’s sites…

…and the endgame, inshallah, is about to begin.

  5. “Criminally indifferent” is the legal term we’re hunting for.

Wretchard over at PJM has had some pithy posts on “the cabbage” and how it’s unstinting in its indifference.

    &&&&&&&&&

They’ll be handing out radiation badges like Chicklets at Central Command — any day now.

It’s the pulse of the future.

  6. I am in utter wonderment that this arson is allowed to continue, that the arsonist is continually fed more accelerant by the responders that should be shooting him or putting him in chains.
The paralysis of will is baffling.

The ultimate price will be enormous. It’s what we deserve.

  7. He’s not indifferent: notice that the Left narrative blaming Bush that also marginalizes and erases Obama’s missteps has intensified.

  8. I found the movie American Sniper utterly depressing. For me it drove home the unhappy reality of all our blood and treasure for this? Unconscionable! So few adults among those in position of leadership.

  9. I’m convinced that the bombing campaign has been deliberately dumbed down so that Obama can pretend he is fighting ISIS while he avoids causing any major harm to them. He is dangerous enough but the fact that he is not a lone wolf and that almost the entire Democrat party and most of the left share his affinity for Islam magnifies his ability to destroy our country many fold.

  10. The messiah is on a mission from allah, destroy all that he can to defeat the enemies of the dreams of his father. This gollum hates all that is the majesty of Western Civilization.

  11. Oh, the veterans of this last war to gain a bit of independence and self-government for Iraq – they are pissed and depressed beyond all measure. I was trying to find the link to the Stars & Stripes story, but my search engine locked up. (Gee, do I have reason to be paranoid about that?) Essentially, veterans of the Iraq war are distraught and pissed off over the loss of places like Ramadi.
Our children gave their blood for those places … and the community organizer in the White House sluffs it all off, and goes to party with Jay-Z and Beyoncé … and hands hundreds of Iraqis over to the new Middle East Killing fields.
Yes, thank you very much, Mr. Historical Black President. Let’s see who will willingly take a bullet for you, in the Secret Service or in any of the military services after this.

  12. I think you’re all forgetting – our strategic mastermind and his Secretary of State laid out a much graver threat to all of humanity than a bunch of guys with Kalishnikovs and stocking masks. Global Climate Change.
And as Maria Harf would say, we can’t just drop bombs to improve our chances of rain. We need a multinational, multi-pronged effort to achieve better weather conditions. Without international cooperation, temperatures will continue to be unpredictable, both hotter and or colder, as predicted by most scientists.

  13. Sgt. Mom,

I’ve been upset about the irresponsible exit (link) from Iraq.

But now I am nearly as upset by the Republican candidates for President, including the President’s brother, effectively stipulating the Left claim that the President ordered our troops to Iraq for a mistake, thus paving the way to the further Left claim that everything that followed, including the Counterinsurgency “Surge”, has been fruit of a poisonous tree.

The Republican candidates are in error to agree with the Left narrative, which is wrong on the law and policy and facts.

For any Iraq veterans you know, I hope they can at least be comforted in some measure by this explanation (link) of the law and policy, fact basis for Operation Iraqi Freedom. Their mission was right on the law, just, and justified – it was honorable.

    Here.

  15. Gentlemen and gentle ladies, I would like to point out our beloved President did say when he was the perpetual candidate in 2007 that preventing a genocide was not a valid reason to stay in Iraq. He is now demonstrating that sometimes he is a man of his word.

On the flip side, this regime did utilize a new, experimental, never before deployed international lawfare weapon in Libya. You do all remember the vaunted RESPOSIBILITY TO PROTECT (TM)? Why we had the moral duty to off Qaddafi. And turn Libya into a terrorist playground. For the children.

Isn’t Benghazi a small price to pay for that?

Obama is indifferent. To genocide. And he told us he was indifferent to genociee 8 years ago. How did he become our President twice?

  16. G6loq helpfully reminds us that our President has shifted his gaze to a new cause. Saving the Polar Bear from the dreaded melting of the ice.

Looking about at Obama’s unbroken string of achievements, all I can say is, bye bye Polar Bears. It was nice knowin’ ya.

  17. But there is a good argument the decision to go to war was wrong. In the bigger picture, the war enabled Democrats to win in 2006 and Obama to wing in 2008 and then 2012.

The message of the war is that this country can’t do any heavy lifting that is difficult and potentially unpopular, because it can be politically demagoged.

Look at the wars Democrats get us into. The wars of Clinton and Obama. Bombing from 60,000 feet, cruse missles, drones. Democrats fight wars that can’t be used against them politically.

  18. Sgt. Mom

Since ISIS started its campaign I have thought Iraq war vets have to be outraged, but no media stories to speak of.

We are seeing some leaks from the military but not like I expected. The latest was from a DIA guy who said the info captured from OBL’s house wasn’t used for 9 months.

  19. G6loc: well maybe he’s got a national security plan for the Coastguard. Like driving their boats really fast in the opposite direction of a hurricane.
I have to wonder if he’s invited to speak at military graduations, or he specifically targets them to demoralize and humiliate them. Nobody could be this stupid on less it was on purpose.

  20. “I have to wonder if he’s invited to speak at military graduations”

He inflicts his presence on West Point, Annapolis, Colorado Springs, and New London on a rotating basis.

All Presidents do. Commander in Chief and all that, so it’s not by invite.

It’s just never been this painful and depressing in our entire history.

  21. America’s word and American treaties are not worth the sh paper they are print on overseas. People, do they even understand what that means now?

When Civil War II progresses, who do you think is going to send supplies or help? No one.

  22. Our children gave their blood for those places … and the community organizer in the White House sluffs it all off

The sole reason, some say the primary reason, of Democrat generals like Shinseki for advancing more troops in Iraq. The reasons for Casey advancing more troop numbers in Iraq. Want to know what it was for? Heh, it was so that more Americans would die in Iraq, then they would turn coat and give the jihadists control. That was all what it was about, in the end.

The more troops Bush agreed to sent to Iraq with no plan to counter the insurgency, the more people would die and the Democrats would take advantage of that.

So this is what you face, and people think they can win against it with elections? They do not truly understand the power of the Leftist alliance. It took America some time to even understood the power of the Islamic Jihad and how to beat its skull in. Perhaps that was the problem, hrm?

  23. A few observations:
Has Obama’s popularity so much as dropped a percentage point since the latest ISIS offensive?
Any American who fights ISIS now is fighting for the Iranian Empire. Iran will control Iraq after ISIS is defeated.
The main enemy is Iran. ISIS is just more photogenic; if it bleeds it leads.
An Iranian agent is advising the White House on Iran: http://www.independentsentinel.com/deliberate-or-not-barack-obamas-talking-points-are-straight-out-of-iran/
this is why the administrations talking points appear to have been written in Iran-because they were written in Iran.
We are right back to knave or fool debate, although there is no debate about which category the people who voted for Obama belong in.

  24. Maybe if we could convince Obama that the Iranians and ISIS are threatening the polar bears….

  25. Bob, check your white privilege, is what they’ll slap you with in return.

  26. http://quotes.liberty-tree.ca/quote_blog/Marcus.Tullius.Cicero.Quote.B6EA

“A nation can survive its fools, and even the ambitious. But it cannot survive treason from within. An enemy at the gates is less formidable, for he is known and carries his banner openly. But the traitor moves amongst those within the gate freely, his sly whispers rustling through all the alleys, heard in the very halls of government itself. For the traitor appears not a traitor; he speaks in accents familiar to his victims, and he wears their face and their arguments, he appeals to the baseness that lies deep in the hearts of all men. He rots the soul of a nation, he works secretly and unknown in the night to undermine the pillars of the city, he infects the body politic so that it can no longer resist. A murderer is less to fear. The traitor is the plague.”

Btw, for those that think this is about Hussein Obola or some other superhero Mr President, think again. The traitor is your fellow neighbor, the Democrat moderate, the collaborator, the Leftist rapist and child molestor. Those are the traitors. Right next to you, not some Boss or Man over you.
