Tightening one visa loophole
Well, it’s a beginning:
The House easily passed legislation Tuesday that would end the visa waiver privilege now offered to western passport holders if they have traveled to Iraq, Iran, Syria or Sudan, which are considered breeding grounds for terrorism.
Lawmakers approved the measure with an overwhelming bipartisan vote, 407 to 19.
That’s the easy one, although it should have been done long ago. Next comes a tougher fight:
“We are working together to tackle this threat and we are ready to do more,” Ryan said.
While it was written by a group of House GOP lawmakers who chair security-related panels, it garnered broad Democratic support, including the endorsement of top Democratic leaders. But most Democrats are opposed to another GOP bill that would essentially halt President Obama’s plan to resettle thousands of Syrian and Iraqi refugees in the United States.
What matters on that one is whether over 40 Senate Democrats will be opposed—and/or whether, if they are, Republicans in the Senate would then try somehow to pass it without subjecting it to a cloture vote.
Thousands of Syrians = Thousands of Sunnis.
And in those thousands hundreds of fanatics.

The legislation (as a restraint) means nothing to him.
He will re-interpret it to mean exactly what he wants it to.
Why limit this to Iraq, Iran, Syria, Sudan? What about Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Yemen, Pakistan, Libya, Afghanistan, etc.? This is why trump shoots and scores, much to my chagrin. The political elite tip toe through the tulips while people die. Again, trump looms large on the PC battlefield, much to my chagrin.
I came here to say what parker said.
You know those who went to Syria or Iraq to join ISL are passing through Turkey or other places, that in mind their passport not necessarily stamped by the authorities neither in Iraq or Syria.
So the best if the include all those goes to ME countries include even Pakistan, India
Question: How difficult(Cough!!)would it be for Mideast Islamist Killers of the youthful male(or female)variety to come over our long-LONG border with Mexico as a (Wink-Wink-Nod)youthful Latino/Latina. Lemme seeeee….Brown or dark olive skin….Black hair/whiskers….Brown eyes….Hell, Jerry Brown will make sure they get Calif. Driver’s Licenses….
