  1. These fake hate crimes are so common that the first thing I think when I read about one is that it’s another fraud.

  3. “… it has now become an unavoidable possibility to suspect that it’s another crime of that ilk.” Our media will NOT go there. Until later.

  4. Also something that won’t be making the news: Debian Linux creator Ian Murdock committed suicide yesterday after a Twitter meltdown in which he dropped the N-bomb led to all his progressive Silicon Valley friends disowning him.

    His last tweets:

  5. There are far too many false hate crimes reported. We are seeing the same thing with college rape reporting. In any of these cases, the false reports add to the destruction of the public credibility of the group supposedly being protected. I dislike the hate crime category, but even worse, all to often the accuser making the false report receives little in the way of consequences, so false reports continue unchecked.

  6. When an Accredited Victim Group is seen to be victimized, it’s a deposit in the moral authority account.
When a member of said AVG victimizes a member of a non-oppressed group–white men, for example–it’s a withdrawal.
That’s why we heard so much about Matthew Shepard and so little about Jesse Dirkhising. Ditto Crystal Magnum and, about Katie Rouse, nada.
And, since it’s such a good thing to have, making deposits with bogus checks–metaphor alert–suggests itself.
Was in a household earlier this week when a young man noted the burning and suggested it was some angry white guy. It wasn’t the kind of place to suggest the alternative. I’d asked for Fox on the television, to be told this television doesn’t get Fox. IOW, they need to put that on a sign on the window and they’ll be even more publicly the Right Sort of Person. Wonder what my young friend is thinking now. Probably nothing that would change his view of things.

  7. What all of these hoaxes have in common is that someone who really is upset by Islamization of America — is going to head for the keyboard — not the gas can.

Face Book in particular provides an irresistible venting.

So much so that Big Z is determined to stop said venting.

Which fits his personality to a Tee.
