So, what is Trump saying here about deportation? — 11 Comments

  1. A part of his con.

Won’t his voters be upset if he doesn’t deport everyone? But at that point he has already closed the sale and sitting in office.

  2. No his supporters won’t be upset if he doesn’t deport everyone! There is no greater “con” than what Marco Rubio has being engaged in while in office (part time). The “personal Senator of Mark Zukerburg” has been engaged in enough back room double dealing to fill a life time. Watching the establishment ,meltdown is something to behold and it includes many of the commenters here!

  3. Koronis:

Well, how proud you must be of Trump and his supporters who couldn’t care less what he does or doesn’t do.

And how happy you must be, gloating at the despair of conservatives who are upset with Trump.

You must be very pleased with yourself.

  4. The one thing I have found about people I know who were formerly self proclaimed conservatives and are now Trump supporters is the fact that they are nasty mean and remind me of Daily Kos commenters and trolls who frequent conservative blogs.

  5. Trump is a real estate developer in New York and New Jersey. You can’t do that without being in bed with the politicians. He is no different than the people he is running against. This is not Mr. Smith goes to Washington.

  6. People have at least subconsciously, already made up their minds. The “fat lady” hasn’t sung yet but Trump looks unstoppable. As does Hillary. If Cruz loses Texas and Rubio loses Florida, it’s over.

So, given the polls, it’s now probable that the choice will be between Trump and Hillary.

Absent those whose votes don’t count in democrat majority states, the choice is between the certain Marxist and the deceitful egotist.

It is a tragedy. Sometimes if rarely, tragedies render silver linings. More often, tragedies simply reveal the consequences of prior actions.

  7. I think Trump, like his supporters, has not thought things through. He is completely driven by the moment, so now not only will we have a “government of men, not laws” we will also have a government by an especially whim-driven man.

  8. “Koronis” proves my theory that Trump supporters are driven by the need for revenge, and to make the establishment suffer.
Raw emotion, and very easy to manipulate.
    Suckers.

    Suckers.

They are easy material for mobs and Jackson style riot burnings. But they aren’t the American death squads that will be out purifying the nation. That’ll be some other “sub culture” entirely.

  10. The thing about revenge is that they think Trump will make them invulnerable to the cycle of violence. Take a good look at South Africa and Israel.

Nobody is immune to the Cycle of Violence, and especially not Death. Clinton is immune to prosecution though. That’s the perk of political corruption and power.
