Last call for my current fundraiser
[Please SCROLL DOWN for newer posts. This is my last call for fundraising this cycle. I usually do this two times a year, but there’s no reason you have to limit yourselves to pledge drive time. I give profuse thanks to all who have donated—I cannot fully express how very much I appreciate it.
Yes, it’s that time again.
I’m asking you to please click on my Paypal “donate” button (hint hint: it’s on the right sidebar, above the Amazon widget, which is also a handy and helpful gadget to use). I’ve noticed that a couple of readers have set up a system for themselves whereby they automatically contribute a certain amount through Paypal each month. Don’t feel at all pressured to do that, but it’s a mighty fine system.
I give a very special thanks in advance to all of you who so kindly donate money to help keep this blog going. Even small amounts add up, if enough people contribute. But whether you choose to donate money or not (and I certainly hope you do!), I thank all the readers here, be they lurkers or commenters, sporadic or regular. We have some good times, don’t we, despite the often-troubling state of the world?

I just dug deep and contributed $250 to Neo. I am not a moneybags; this is a big contribution for me. I appreciate the role Neo is playing now more than ever, now that opposition to Obama, Hillary and the Democrats (i.e., Republicans and “Tea Party” groups) is so severely divided. This blog is my best regular resource for pondering this terrible conundrum.
Found this blog about a month ago. Very entertaining and insightful. Glad to donate.
Alan F makes me feel like a cheap skate; nevertheless it is a pleasure to add my pittance to the pot.

BTW, I have never doubted for one moment that Neo is unfailingly honest on any subject; even the few that I don’t necessarily agree with her. I expect that most who follow the blog would endorse that opinion.

But perhaps that’s too difficult.
I’m not quite in the Alan F league myself, but as some street musician said, it’s not the guy who only gives one dollar instead of ten that’s the problem, it’s the hundred guys who don’t give at all.
By the way, “Kate” is the sock puppet of another Trump troll who’s been here before.

First time for me to contribute to blog. Not up tp Alan F’s level. Been reading for years now.
Obviously, my posts here attempt to encourage others to dig deeply to support Neo. My reason is that I tremendously appreciate how Neo’s blog gives me solace as well as a unique outlet for expressing my concerns. I want her to feel rewarded for her enlightened and dutiful effort here, so that she will persist here for a long time.
Also very important, I hope that this blog really does influence opinion to guide the US (and the West) to meet these grave challenges.
It is obvious how hard she works. Six days a week she produces thousands of words that show time-consuming research and carefully constructed, impeccable logic.
As one who has often suffered from unnecessary frugality, I suspect that many of this blog’s readers readily give a little, when they could comfortably give more to this important effort.

OK, I’ll match the $250 and I also am not a moneybags, however I feel just as you do, as well as the others who have expressed better than I can, the appreciation I feel for Neo’s thoughts, insights, research, efforts, time and work that must be expended for the treasures that reside here. This website is a hidden gem. A refuge. Especially useful are the Categories as well as the Monthly indexes to the archives. Thank you Neo!
