Silencing Legal Insurrection at YouTube — 8 Comments

  1. Yeah. Confirmed: just did a search on Legal Insurrection on YT and watched a short vid’ in their library.

  2. The MLA is seriously leftist. So the defeat of a pro-BDS motion there is remarkable. Maybe some of the academics re-discovered their Jewishness. Or a sense of fair-mindedness. Just in time.

The ACLU decided a couple years ago, with gay marriage, that right wingers do not deserve to be protected by the freedom of religion part of the first amendment. It would be reasonable to assume they don’t think right wingers deserve to be protected by the freedom of speech/press portions either.

“Additionally the use will have no affect on the “market” for the original work, which is non-existent.”
